The Full Package

Includes: All sessions Tuesday-Saturday, Monday evening reception, Tues.-Sat. lunches, Thursday bus tour, Friday Gala Banquet and Saturday Farewell Breakfast. (All meals will include vegetarian selections.)

The CGO depends on contributions from members, affiliates and conference participants. Your donations help us record conference sessions for the internet and cover conference costs for deserving supporters who could not afford to come to the conference. We are grateful to those who donate.

Our Hotel

We'll be staying at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area, 1850 Hotel Plaza Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. Please book a room at the hotel; it helps keep our conference fee low!

It has an aquatic playground, a lap pool, tennis courts and continuous transportation to all Disney theme parks. Restaurants of all types are within a 5-block walk. WiFi is free, but parking is $8/night. Rooms are $89/night + tax, single/quad occupancy, when you book by July 22nd. Transportation Our hotel does not have a free airport shuttle. Our preferred provider is Mears Transportation. CGO registreants will receive a $4/person discount. To book online, please go to www.mears.com, click on the “Book Orlando Shuttle Now” box, and enter the code 518531033 in the "Promo Code" box (lower left corner). Please print out your confirmation and bring it to their counter on LEVEL 1.

To schedule your return transfer to the Orlando International Airport please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time, and allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.
